Too often, we've witnessed individuals with incredible potential and genuine intentions hesitate to run for office simply because they lacked the "how-to" knowledge of campaign building. The complex world of political campaigns, with its intricate strategies and seemingly endless tasks, can be a significant barrier. We believe this shouldn't be the case.
That's why we co-founded Amplified Democracy. Our mission is simple: to empower values-driven individuals like you to run for and get elected to office. Sharon's diverse career reflects a deep commitment to community and service. Starting in the medical field, she honed her skills in care and compassion, values that later informed her work in education.
Driven by a passion for her child's well-being, Sharon transitioned into political advocacy, beginning with active participation in local school board meetings. This experience ignited a desire to effect broader change, leading her to dedicate her efforts to supporting and electing qualified candidates to local office.
An avid writer and dedicated yogi, Sharon finds balance and inspiration in both creative expression and physical practice.
As a public interest attorney, Sujata has championed the rights of underserved populations, while her role as director of business operations for a medical practice demonstrates her ability to manage complex organizations and deliver results.
Her commitment to her community extends to local politics, which led her to run for the Novi City Council. That experience fueled her passion for electing qualified candidates who prioritize the needs of residents and are committed to positive change. Sujata believes that strong local leadership is essential for building a thriving community.
